I joined the lab in late 2022 to start my PhD training after obtaining a Master's degree in Basic Medicine from Shenzhen University, China.
During my Master's studies, I was mainly engaged in research on regenerative medicine, including induced pluripotent stem cells. During this time I spent 3 months in our lab as an intern. Now I return as a PhD student to unravel the underlying molecular mechanisms of cardiomyogenic (de)differentiation using conditionally immortalized cardiomyocytes.
