Infection immunology

Utilizing single-cell systems immunology and computational analysis pipelines, hypothesis-driven and hypothesis-generating studies are conducted to inform vaccine and drug development ambitions. This includes controlled human infections, intradermal vaccine administration or fine needle aspirates to study germinal center reactions to vaccines. Conversely, experimental medicine studies provide questions addressed by studying host-pathogen interactions.
