Provision of extensively characterised hiPSCs from healthy donors (‘control’ hiPSCs)
Control hiPSCs from donors without a known genetic disease generated with various reprogramming methods are available. In addition to the standard characterisation (See our service Characterisation of pluripotency status, functional pluripotency and cell identity), these lines have been karyotyped and undergone microbiological testing. They are registered at the hPSCreg and have been validated by various independent researchers. A list with detailed information is available upon request.
