Center for Microbiome Analyses and Therapeutics
The Center for Microbiome Analyses and Therapeutics was established in 2017 and is embedded in the Leiden University Center for Infectious Diseases (LUCID) department of the LUMC. CMAT specializes in (human) microbiome research, with a focus on the role of microorganisms in health and disease. We closely collaborate with the Netherlands Donor Feces Bank (NDFB) and are a shared facilities of the Leiden Bio Science Park.
