You will find all the information you need regarding your appointment and treatment via the mijnLUMC patient portal. You can also cancel or reschedule your appointment via mijnLUMC or by phone. Would you like to book an appointment with the LUMC? If so, then you will need a referral from your physician or (family) doctor. Check in advance to see if you can find out the waiting period for your examination or treatment.
