Dr. R.W.M. (Remco) Zoethout
Introduction
After finishing my residency in anesthesiology in the LUMC in 2012, I started my fellowship intensive care medicine in the OLVG in Amsterdam. Hereafter I worked in the Sint Antonius hospital in Nieuwegein as a fellow cardio-anesthesiologist. In 2015 I returned to the LUMC and joined the liver transplantation team. In 2020 I was appointed Chef de Clinique of our department.
Scientific research
I finished my PhD in clinical pharmacology at the Center for Human Drug Research (CHDR) in 2012: Applications of alcohol clamping in early drug development.
