Bicycle storage for employees
At the LUMC we have several bicycle storages for your bike or moped. In front of the LUMC is the visitor’s bicycle storage, and you’ll find one under each of the three LUMC buildings, for use of employees. Students may park their bikes only under building 3 (Education building). We also offer storage for motor bikes, scooters and cargo bikes. The bicycle storages for employees and students are secured and only accessible with a staff ID badge. Parking outside the storages is not allowed.
Bicycle storage for employees
- Bicycle storage building 1 (employees)
The storage is located in the cellars of building 1, entrance at the forecourt of the LUMC. - Bicycle storage building 2 (employees)
This storage is located in the cellar of building 2 (Research building) and offers parking space for 442 bikes. - Bicycle storage building 3 (employees and students)
This storage is located in the cellar of building 3 (Education building) and had space for over 1500 bikes.
Parking your bike on your first day of work
On your first day at work you are allowed to park your bike or moped in the visitor’s bicycle storage in front of the LUMC main building. Once you’ve got your staff ID badge, you must park your bike in one of the three secured storages.
